Spearmint essential oil is uplifting and stimulating. It has been used to help with headaches, migraines, nervous strain, fatigue and stress, as well as for the respiratory tract; helping with asthma, bronchitis and sinusitis. On the skin it can relieve the itching of pruritus and helps with acne and dermatitis. Unlike Peppermint oil, it has less menthol and can be used on more sensitive skin.
